Wear test: iglidur® materials beat PTFE film
In the tribological laboratory, the wear behaviour of iglidur® A160 bar stock and iglidur® V400 tribo-tape material on diverse counter partners was compared with that of PTFE film. The result: All iglidur® materials were considerably more resistant to wear.

How do energy chains behave in oil?
In order to answer this customer question, igus® tested the behaviour of the B15 series of e-chains® in its laboratory with five different types of oil. The energy chains were used continuously over a period of 30 days and were sprayed with the fluids every day during the test.
