Reflex Sensors with Analog Output
Reflex Sensors with analog output use laser light, red light or infrared light to measure the distance between the sensor and the object in accordance with the principle of angle measurement. For this reason, the object's color, shape and surface characteristics have practically no influence on measurement results. The analog output is proportional to the distance from a voltage value (0 to 10 V) or a current (4 to 20 mA).
Application examples:
- Height, thickness and distance measuring
- Monitoring of diameters
- Contour measurement
